01How do I register and log in?
Click “Create Account” to register with your email, verify the code sent to your inbox, then log in with your email and password.
02How do I add a trading account?
Go to Account → Trading Account → Add Trading Account and enter your AnshinFX MT5 login and password. Don’t have one yet? Use the AnshinFX registration link in the dialog.
03How do I choose and start copying a strategy?
Browse strategies on the home page, open a strategy, click “Start Copying”, select your account and copy mode, set the margin multiplier, and confirm.
04How do I stop copying?
On the Account → Trading Account page, use “Unbinding” on the bound account to stop copying that strategy.
05How are return rate and win rate calculated?
Return rate reflects the strategy’s realized performance over the period shown; win rate is the proportion of profitable settlement days. Figures are for reference only.
06What is the settlement cycle?
Strategy performance is settled daily.
07Questions about deposits and withdrawals?
Deposits and withdrawals are handled with the connected broker. Please follow the funding instructions in your account.
08What are the risks of copy trading?
Copy trading carries market risk and does not guarantee profit. You may lose part or all of your capital. Please read the Risk Disclosure.
